The L-shaped site has been designed in such a way that it has a square size balcony, double-height balconies & have great connectivity with all the other rooms.

This site is of 1600 sq. yd area with a 500 sq. ft area which was already built. The client wishes to have a parent’s room, kids’ room, drawing room, master bedroom, pooja room, and kitchen. Their requirement was to have openness with modern architecture across the project. We have designed an 18ft, 500 sq. ft. double-height space at the entrance in such a way that it has openness with a superb appearance. We have designed a parking area in the garden with an attractive entrance, terrace, and fountain in the corner. The client is extremely happy to witness the final work that fulfils all their requirements.

A building with 350 square yard area and 3 open facings located in Delhi. All 4-floor plans are identical. Ground floor accommodated with shops and parking facility, rest 4 floors with 4 BHK each. They asked us to use the balcony area for the washroom, wardrobe, and kitchen purpose for which we curved the balcony from outside making it disappear when seen from outside with each flat having one small double-height balcony area, design on curve theme, with angular balcony.

A 300 sq. yard building with two open sides. The client requirement was to have a basement that should be connected to the main entrance. They wish to have a 4-story building with a simple look, rooms with good ventilation and openness, and an isolated staircase. To give the look of the duplex, the first 2 floors are interconnected with the other 2 floors. They wish to have the entrance on the 1st floor and the 3rd floor. As per the client’s requirement, we completed the project.
